About our antennas
We use only proven, high-quality and long-term tested materials.

1. Antenna wire
All antenna radiators are made of copper rope.
CU-PVC wire: Copper wires 29x0,25 mm, durable PVC insulation (-40 to +70 °C), black colour, total diameter 2,8 mm, wire cross-section approx. 1,5 mm2, tensile strength approx. 40 kg, well flexible
CU-PE wire: Copper wires 19x 0,25 mm,, Polyethylene (PE) black insulation, mechanically and weather resistant, tensile strength 40kg, overall diameter 2mm, wire cross section approx. 1 mm2, well flexible
CU-HS wire: Coper wires with stainless steel soul, very robust fixed rope, 19x0.2 mm copper wire, 19x5x0.1 stainless steel soul, polyethylene grey insulation, weatherproof and mechanically resistant, 100 kg tensile strength, overall diameter 2,2 mm, cross-section of the carrier core approx. 0.64 mm2, cross-section of the braid approx. 0.48 mm2, weight 11 g/m - 3 mm rope clamp is suitable for attaching the rope to an insulator, balun, etc.
2. Insulator
End insulators are in the shape of a classic "egg". Material is polypropylene. Antenna wire is secured with stainless steel rope clamp.
Egg size is 3,6 cm
Center insulators (black) on baluns, ununs and antennas fed by double line are polypropylene with high strength and durability.
Mastrant P-3 rope is suitable for anchoring the ends of the antenna radiators and hanging the antenna behind the balun.
3. Clip
Rope clamps used on the antennas are stainless steel. Simplex Type.
4. Balun - Unun
Baluns and ununs are placed in boxes made of durable plastic. The box is IP-65 rated.

All baluns, ununs, line insulators, transformers are constructed on ferrite toroids.
Line insulators are wound with silver-plated coaxial cable with Teflon insulation.
Connector for coaxial cable connection is PL (UHF, SO-239), has a gold-plated pin.
Gripping strip on the baluns and ununs is Aluminium.
5. Mechanical parts
All fasteners used are stainless steel.
